Today (actually early this morning), we sprang (sprung?) ahead.
It's one of my favorite days. I'd go so far as to call it a holiday.
When moved to Colorado, I was actually really excited to fall back for the first time. Who wouldn't love an extra hour of sleep?!
But on spring ahead day you get something even better - an extra hour of daylight! Days get longer and soon we'll be able to walk after dinner, or play outside a little longer.
And of course, it coincides with the beginning of spring.
Forget Christmas, Mr Williams. THIS is the most wonderful time of the year.
