Today we had the biggest snowstorm in Chicagoland since we've lived here. I'd say we got in between 6 - 8 inches of heavy, wet snow.
Tot and Hubs loved it! I thought it was pretty, too. I'll admit!
We had our friends, the Rozmiareks, in town and Tot had fun showing off and working puzzles with Lou.
I know this is going to sound weird. But the magic moment? Watching the snow plows run through our neighborhood every hour or two.
Believe me, we pay for it in our property taxes. But still, it feels like a serious luxury after years of living in CO where they only pave the main roads and your on your own.
So thanks, snow plow guys! You made my snow day.
